THE OG 420, a DBA of The OG 420 Inc. (“THE OG 420,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operates this website and offers the products and services described in these Terms.

By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and any policies incorporated into them by reference.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND WEBSITE USE

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You may not use the website to violate any law, infringe the rights of another person, interfere with website security or operation, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in fraudulent activity.

THE OG 420 primarily sells apparel, accessories, skate products, and lifestyle merchandise. References to cannabis or 420 culture are part of the brand’s identity and do not constitute the sale or promotion of cannabis or controlled substances through this website.

2. PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display and describe our products, including colors, designs, sizes, materials, and other characteristics.

Actual colors and appearance may vary depending on your device, display settings, manufacturing variations, and other factors.

All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, modify products, or refuse or cancel orders where reasonably necessary.

3. PRICING AND PAYMENT

Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website and are subject to change without notice.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, or other charges may be added where required.

We reserve the right to correct typographical, pricing, product-description, inventory, promotional, or other website errors. If an error affects an order you have already submitted, we may contact you with available options or cancel and refund the affected order where appropriate.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.

5. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Customers may request to cancel an order until the order has been marked as shipped.

Once an order has been marked as shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will instead be subject to our applicable Returns & Exchanges policy.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, transportation disruptions, customs processing, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside THE OG 420’s reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

7. LOST, STOLEN, OR MISSING PACKAGES

If a package appears to be lost in transit or has been incorrectly marked as delivered, contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to assist with a carrier investigation or claim.

Once a shipping carrier confirms that an order was delivered to the address provided by the customer, THE OG 420 is not responsible for packages that are subsequently lost or stolen.

Any replacement, refund, or other accommodation involving a disputed delivery will be evaluated based on the circumstances of the order and, where applicable, the outcome of the carrier’s investigation.

8. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Eligible return or exchange requests must generally be made within 30 days after delivery.

Depending on the circumstances, eligible merchandise may qualify for a refund or exchange.

Products must generally be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with applicable original packaging or tags.

Sale and clearance merchandise is final sale and is not eligible for return or exchange unless required by applicable law or the product was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

For hygiene-sensitive merchandise such as socks or underwear, if offered, the merchandise must be unopened, unused, unworn, and show no evidence of tampering with seals or packaging, where applicable.

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping when the return is based on preference, sizing, change of mind, or another reason not caused by THE OG 420.

THE OG 420 will generally cover reasonable return shipping when we shipped an incorrect item or the merchandise arrived damaged or defective, subject to verification.

Return shipping for skate decks, oversized products, or other larger items may be handled differently depending on the reason for the return and shipping circumstances.

9. REFUNDS

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed or required by law.

Processing times after a refund is issued may depend on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Original shipping charges may be non-refundable except where required by law or where the return resulted from an error by THE OG 420.

10. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country, customs authority, carrier, or other governmental authority.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in product prices or shipping charges collected by THE OG 420.

THE OG 420 does not control these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Refusal or failure to accept an international shipment because duties, taxes, or other import charges are due does not automatically entitle the customer to a full refund. Any refund or credit will be determined after accounting for the circumstances and any shipping, return, customs, or carrier charges incurred.

11. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNT CODES

Promotions, discount codes, giveaways, and special offers may be subject to additional terms.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions may not be combined.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or end a promotion when reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.

We may reject or cancel use of a promotion obtained or used through fraud, abuse, technical error, or violation of the applicable promotional terms.

Dealer, wholesale, reseller, distributor, collaboration, licensing, or other commercial transactions may be governed by separate agreements, policies, or terms.

Unless otherwise provided in a separate written wholesale or dealer agreement, wholesale purchases are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange except for merchandise received damaged or defective. Claims involving damaged or defective wholesale merchandise must be reported to THE OG 420 within seven (7) days of delivery.

Where separate commercial terms apply, those terms control to the extent of any conflict with these Terms.
